Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significant sources of stress; such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems or workplace and financial stressors. It means "bouncing back" from difficult experiences.
As part of NAV CANADA's ongoing commitment to foster a healthy workplace culture, the Company is continuing to provide education around mental health. In support of this initiative, we are pleased to introduce a new online course, Evolving Workforce Resiliency.
This training program, created in partnership with Morneau Shepell, helps participants develop their own resiliency touching on five different micro-skills. It will help employees recognize the impact of stress and how it can affect our total health, and discover the importance of resiliency in the process.
The course is comprised of seven webinars that are less than ten minutes each. Self-study materials are also available to help support the content learned through the webinars.
