Teladoc Medical Experts allows you access to advice and support from leading specialists, whether you are unsure about a diagnosis or treatment, have medical questions or concerns, need help finding an expert who specializes in treating your condition, or have been admitted to the hospital and want expert guidance, all to help you make empowered health decisions.
What's included:
- Expert Medical Opinion: Receive a second medical opinion to share with your existing provider through in-depth review of a diagnosis or treatment plan from a leading specialist to confirm or clarify next steps.
- Menopause Care Program:Virtual consultations with registered nurses and a personalized plan developed by a dedicated specialist. Instructions to access this specific program are hereOpen a new window.
- Personal Health Navigator: Get help navigating the healthcare system with a personal navigator who will also connect you to information and resources in the care areas of your need.
- Find a Doctor/Care Finder: Get assistance in finding local Canadian physicians. Get assistance in finding specialists outside of Canada by searching the Teladoc Health global database of expert physicians in more than 450 specialties and subspecialties.

When creating an account you must use your name exactly as it is written in Workday.
Download the Teladoc Health app:
Create or log in to your Teladoc Health:
- If you’re new, you can create an account directly in the app or on the website
- You must create your account before sharing Teladoc services with eligible family members

Select “Expert Medical Services” from the dashboard:
- Choose the service you need (Expert Medical Opinion, Find a Doctor/Care Finder, or Personal Health Navigator).
- For Menopause Care program, select Expert Medical Opinion and follow these instructionsOpen a new window.
Additionally, throughout the year, Teladoc Medical Experts also host health-centred webinars, which are promoted on Central to keep employees informed and engaged on a variety of health topics.
