Teladoc Health Pilot Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a free and voluntary counselling, advisory and referral service available to all NAV CANADA employees, their spouses and their eligible dependent children (as defined in their employee benefit plan).

As of June 1, 2024, employees and eligible dependents have access to Teladoc Health, a new Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) currently being piloted at NAV CANADA. Learn more on CentralOpen a new window.

The EFAP offers support in dealing with a wide range of personal and work-related concerns, including personal or job stress, work-related trauma and critical incident stress management, relationship issues, elder care and child care, harassment, substance abuse, parenting issues, separation and loss, balancing work and family, financial and legal concerns, family violence or sexual abuse, and nutrition.
